Well it has now been five weeks since I first Hennaed my hair so now its time for a full followup treatment. What you see in this pic is not Betty Crocker cake mix rather a freshly mixed batch of Henna and apple juice just fermenting until tomorrow:)I can't wait to put this stuff in my hair again and wear it for hours on end;)Oh well I think its worth the trouble as its been the best thing to happen top my hair in a long while.I'll let you see the results upon completion.Hope you all are having a wonderful day.
Mark
Wow that looks like fun!! I was moaning to myself about just having to wash my hair today let alone trying something like that!! Best of luck :)
Hi Matt,
Oh you should try it:)Just imagine what you see in that bowl mixed into your hair for several hours.Thankfully it washes out fairly easily which was a concern for me when I first used it.
Mark

It looks like chocolate pudding, Mark. I probably will never try it due to the hassle.
Scott
Hi Scott,
Actually now that I've done this a couple times already its not that big of a deal. You just develope a system to apply it and not have half of that bowl on the walls and floor!lol. As I write this I'm wearing the Henna mix right now for the next several hours.
Mark
Hi Mark,
I agree with Scott, and it sure looks like chocolate pudding to me as well. I have to admit that I think I would rather be golfing today, exactly what I am planning to do, rather than putting that stuff in my hair, lol! However, good luck to you, and I know that it worked very well last time around.
Have a good weekend, and cheers!
David
Hi David,
Yea, I know as there was something I would have rather have done today than to sit around with pudding in my hair but I have to do it when I have enough time available.I;ll actually be going out later so the whole day won't be a total loss.Have fun on the greens my friend:)Cheers
Mark
Hi Mark, thats soon after the last treatment, is that because it fades or is there half an inch of original colour showing at the roots. Thats a lot of henna! - must be very expensive, I do henna tattoos and mix my own but its a tiny amount compared to that and its very expensive. Also you can add coffee, cola, spices, patchouli etc to get deeper tones and smells :))
Anyway enjoy your chocolate pudding.
cheers buddy, have fun and post the results if it changes from last time.
Dave
Hi Dave,
I probably could have waited longer for the redo but I had the time today so I figured to do it.I'll probably wait longer after this for followups being the color doesn't fade but there is new hair growth with the original color.I never thought of adding those items you mentioned for deeper tones and smells. Also I never use all the henna I mix up but do save it in a sealed container for future use.I'll post the results when I'm done.Cheers and have a great weekend Dave:)

Hey Mark
At 1st I thought I was looking at some kind of chocolate home made pudding. But Henna! Wow, how exciting and I don't always know what is going on because of not staying tuned to this board every day. Knowing you, I am sure that your long hair will be looking beyond fabulous!
Take care my friend.
Justin~
Hi Justin,
Isn't that funny to think anyone is their right minds would glop that stuff in their hair!LOL.As sinister of an idea it may seem to be it really does a wonderful job for your hair:)It's strange how that chocolate colored henna makes your hair look red.Ah,the wonders of nature:)Hoping your having a fabulous weekend, my friend, and more importantly things are going better for you since that terrible accident you told us all about.Cheers.
Mark
Suppertime for you hair! Will look forward to the results.
- Oren
Hi Oren,
Well we all have to each and that goes for our manes too!lol. I'll be sure to post the results soon.Cheers my friend.
Mark
That stuff looks disgusting! So does it really help hair grow?
