10 months in. Im so exited I cant believe my hair is long enough to braid!! One of my tongan girl friends braided my hair today, not sure what kind of braids they are but they look like french braids to me.

I went through the checkout at a drug store & the girl had longish hair, we started talking, she said it used to be to her butt, but she wore it in french braids like yours all the time, and got all theae short broken hairs around her head from it and the ends got thin so she ended up cutting it.
those braids look beautiful, but she said tight braids all the time can break it. Might be something to think about.
