  Hi what's up everybody Im new here a friend asked me to come to this website since I have long hair so yea. My hair is about 4" down my shoulder?

    Is that a question about your hair? What does 4" down the shoulder mean? Maybe show us a picture if you want some sort of response, especially as you're new around here.

    Jeez schools aren't as thorough on english these days.

      It means its 4" after my shoulder.
