Browsing the forum for tips on maintenance of long hair. I've found it difficult to get good advice.
While I haven't experienced any open discrimination due to my long hair yet, I'm unemployed and just starting a job hunt in earnest and it has me worried. I cut it years ago when it was just neck length and regretted it, so I'd rather not do it again!
My main concerns are thinning and that it gets very "frizzy". I see a lot of people discourage using sprays and such. Is there any better way to deal with strays and such that don't reach a hair band throughout the day? It always looks good freshly brushed but one gust of wind and it's done for.
