Pic of my hair, three months ago
I am happy; i think that my hair grows very slowly, but surely.
I ask a question: When you sleep, your hair are fastened (I don't know if the word is roght), or loose?
I realize that for me, they are better when i tie it or make a bun.
What do you think about?
Great hair, Patrick. Mine isn't nearly as long as yours, but it is almost half-way down my back. Up 'til now, I've slept with it loose.

Hi Patrick,
I normally sleep with my hair loose.
Great picture and hair looks great.
Cheers,

Wow!!! That is some great looking hair.
When I sleep my hair is loose.

and could grow much longer. It is thick right to the ends which means you are far from terminal length. From what I see, you should be able to grow it to your knees. You appear to be quite tall too. (My guess is 185 centimeters.) The taller you are, the longer it takes to reach waist length or knee length.
For sleep, try using multiple hair ties at 10 centimeter intervals. This will stop tangling while sleeping. Another thing you could do is braid it.

i am 180cm; it's a very good idea to keep it untangled; thanks for your advices.

Great hair Patrick, colour, thickness and length amazing! How are you sleeping at the moment, lose or tied? Whatever you are doing is workng for you! Congratulations. Ian
I sleep, my hair tied, or i make a bun; when my hair is lose, they get tangled; and it's difficult to detangle.
thanks for your encouragements.
Hello Patrick: I would say whatever you are doing now works very well for you, as your hair is very beautiful, long and thick I do like the redish color.

Absolutely Spectacular! Bravo!!! I would do as Absalom has suggested.
Fantastic-looking hair there, Patrick, keep up the good "work!" (LOL)
As far as answering your question about how I wear my hair when I sleep...
For me, it varies greatly: sometimes I'm so tired when I go to bed that I simply flop down and start snoring, regardless of however my hair was just moments before -- I've fallen asleep with it braided, in a bun, in a ponytail, and of course, also when just loose & free.
I guess my answer is this: I seem to have no trouble whatsoever falling asleep usually; so my hair being attached to the rest of me, it has learned to cooperate with just going along for the ride (LOL)....
Untangling my hair in the morning, however -- well, that's another story!!

Thanks for your advices and your humour

Hi Patrick,
That is some very impressive hair you have there and love that volume right up to the ends:)As for your question I leave my hair loose when I sleep but put on a t shirt to hold it up to my body so if I toss and turn at night I don't pull my hair should it end up under my shoulder. It's worked for me as I never liked the idea of tying my hair when I sleep. It's tied back enough during the day that I want it free sometimes!LOL.Anyway great update and keep 'em coming my friend.Cheers
