If anyones interested in progress pics. That includes buzz cut, beatles look & veryvery awkward stage i will try to ressurect the harddrive from my laptop that died in a shower of steaming hot coffee.

bro i was about to say. i am also at 2 years since a buzzcut but my hair aint nowhere near as long as urs. but then i see in ur progress pics that nov 09 (2 years ago) u have a decent amount of hair when i had 1/4" of hair. u mustve meant 3 years or something?
but whatever, u grew some good hair.
Maybe your thread title was a typo and you meant three years, Martin? Your hair two years ago was quite long and not much shorter than mine is now.

I think my buzz cut was in february 2009 so it's close to 3 years yes. I don't have a pic of it, but its nothing to see:D
I measured my hair and its 17 inches from root to tip, so accordingly to wolfram im close to normal :p

Ohmygod, your hair is stunning! I want mine to be like yours when I grow it! What shampoo/conditioner do you use, and how often do you use either?
Thank you :) I've tried alot of different shampoos/conditioners and havent really noticed any difference in the look & feel of the hair itself, but at the momemt im using Kerastase - Specifique, it's been kind to my dry scalp :D I don't notice much difference if i use conditioner or not either. I use a small amount of Redken for men on the ends, but I use it just because i like the smell of it. I get the same results by just using some drops of jojoba oil really.. wich is way cheaper.
I wash my hair every 5-7 days. Whenever i know i can stay inside for eight hours to dry it :P

Your hair simply is totally incredible in its health, color, thickness and how quickly you grew it. I have quite fabulous hair too yet mine simply doesn't compare to yours even though it's still great. I am older than you though so that doesn't help either. I believe my hair grew slightly faster at your age.
Curious, do you eat a diet high in fish and other foods high in protein and Omega-3 fatty acids?

Yes I eat fish couple of times each week. I don't take any supplements, but I eat alot of vegetables nuts and fruits.
