Well, mine is knee length. Here is a photo of my hair. It is about 5 years old, but my hair is still just as long.
Your hair is classic length. Another 20 or 25 centimeters and it will reach your knees.
Reaching knee length (or not) is determined by multiple factors. Growth cycle time in years, growth rate, and height are three variables. If you are 200 centimeters tall, knee length is much more difficult to reach than if you are 170 centimeters tall. (I am 175cm tall.)
