I have very much enjoyed finding this site and have decided to join in and post. I have just below shoulder length hair, am I "long hair" enough to be considered a longhair here? Hope to contribute often when I feel I can be relevant. I was referred to this site by a relative who said he posted here a few years ago while growing out his hair and that he felt it was a real help to him. He has really beautiful longer hair than mine and much curlier, but has been an inspiration, as has this site since he recommended it. Thanks guys for this supportive site for men like us.sj

thanks, Tom. As a guy with long hair who appreciates his hair, I have been super-suprised at how amazing it feels when someone else remarks that I have "beautiful hair". I never thought about it until lately, but it really is a great feeling. I have always wanted long hair, all my life, but until I finally had the courage to actually have it, I didn't realize how gratifying it could be. Thanks again, sj

Maybe I'm not one to speak, as an even newer poster, and with even shorter hair, but I reckon it's more about your mindset and how you feel, rather than the actual length of your hair. Regardless, with that beautiful head of hair I'd say you definitely "qualify" :) Great curls!
