Growing my hair for the first time [PIC] [PIC]

Hello there I m vikky. This is the first time im growing my hair. Its been around 8-9 months.
This is my first visit to the forum. I do have some couple of questions and need some suggestions.
In order for sleek n straight hair i shampoo daily and use my ceramic hair straightener. I do no know whether its a good practice or not. And once i started growing my hair even the hair fall started. Any good suggestions regarding this and any care tips for hair fall reduction i would be pleased to hear them all

  Hi Vikky and welcome. You have some great hair there. I would avoid any heat treatment as this can damage the hair and often the "natural" look is far better anyway. Perhaps you should cut back on the shampoo, or just use water only in between chemical shampoos. It really is a matter of what works for you. As far as shedding goes, the average natural loss is around 100 hairs per day. Much more than this could mean there is a problem but again it varies from person to person.
