Sorry, guys, especially Marty (The Kid) for neglecting to review my own post... I decided to start a new post hoping that you will find this post with little trouble...
I really don't know how small a braid the device can make... I haven't used it much because you need your hair to be evenly long. And I don't think it's hard to get your hair in the hooks/grasps PROVIDING that your hair is long enough+again, evenly long. I have included a picture of a braid made by the machine for you (on pink yarns). It does a pretty fine job to me... The kind I have has FOUR grasping hooks but you don't need to use all of then, anything from two to four will work.
By the way, I can't recall Anakin's braid from Star Wars Episode II... And I just saw it last week, LOL.
Love,
Kev
Hmmm, don't know where the picture went, I DID include it. Lets try again...
Thanx for the pic, Kev! Are there just 2 strands in that-it looks good!
Marty
Your welcome :) Always glad to be of service. By the way, when I said 'strand of hair' I didn't mean like ONE SINGLE hair... I guess I should have said 'lock'... I was simply following the user's manual. And another by the way, I used twelve yarns separated into two locks total for the braid in the picture, if that's what you're asking....
Love,
Kev
i prefer braiding my own hair though this thing does pretty well, my sister got it for christmas. i usually braid my hair when i start getting bored in school or somthing so this machine is useless to me.
