Hey everybody, in antecipation, a Happy and hairy 2012 for all of you, in case I don't come back anymore =). As I said before, my friends cheered me up to cut it, one already cut it, and one may cut it as well. They got pissed because today we hung out, and some girls mocked my mane as I left. They said they are tired of fake, idiot people mocking me, and they said it's my choice, but that they preferred a haircut. And I thought of reducing it to a "blond afro", as I had two years ago, and treat my hair perfectly as I do now. I only learnt how to care for it some months ago, it was chemically altered, and I never enjoyed the milestones, it was just hair for me(what a big jerk huh). I have been through a harsh period of my life with long hair, and i considered the possibility of it carrying some bad energy (has to do with my beliefs). Girls are not the matter, a special someone crossed my life, and she can see through the hair. My dream is to grow a mane like Tom Cruise's in interview with the vampire. I don't know what I'll do, but a revival would be welcome in 2012 =). And I really don't mind the waiting, going to appreciate it in the case of trimming it lol. Sorry for the gigantic post, but here is teh place to share such thoughts. Guys, I love you all, and this place. Thanks for being such interesting conversationalists. Ps: I'm thinking about Baking Soda and ACV, some says it reduces porosity, if someone ever tried, would you care to tell me more about it? Thanks!

Well if your friends wanted to cut their hair then that's their privilege but to egg you on to cut yours is none of their business.I'd have to say if anyone ever mocked my hair I'm not going to run to the barber shop to cut it to some short,boring style if you could even call that style.lol.I'd think long and hard about that one Andy.

Well If I'm being honest with you I think your hair looks great at almost shoulder length, however you grow it as long as you want, because it is your hair and your body. make yourself happy don't worry what others may think. Take care.

Personally, I think your natural curls and length look cool.....but in the end, whatever make YOU content is what matters.......don't forget the "Two Week Rule"

There's no way on God's green earth that I would spend the years that it takes getting my hair the length that I have only to cut it off one day because some "friends" told me I should.
Hey, of that really is what you WANT TO DO, then do it; but don't even consider it if cutting it is just to please somebody else. Think for yourself.

I had a couple of girls from the tanning salon next to where i work at poking fun at my hair a few months ago. I quickly shut them up by telling them to stop hating because my hair looked better than theirs did. Shoulda seen the look on their faces.
It is your choice indeed. Wear your hair the way you want it, not the way others want it.
