Well it has been almost 6 months since I hacked all my hair off. And now I'm thinking about growing my hair again, this is an addiction that doesn't stop. :)
Hair is long enough right now to try different partings in my head and is long enough to reach my turtleneck collar. I estimate from last hairgrowing, it will take at least a full year to tie it back into a ponytail.
Not as impatient as I was last time I grew my hair, so I will grow it passively instead of like last time when it was all I thought about.
I've already started using conditioner, but I find with hair this short it gets greasier fast.
Welcome back to the club Kenneth as I'm happy to hear you want your hair back again:)It was sad to read several months ago when you posted about cutting it off and the troubles you were going though at the time.Hopefully things are going better and that is why you are inspired to regrow your mane. Thanks for the update my friend.Cheers

But money is becoming less of an issue. I also smoke like a chimney now, trying to get off the cigarettes too but the addiction is giving everything it has to keep me in the fold.
Problem with Marijuana and beer is I mix them, along with the cigarettes and just get really really wasted, very unhealthy.
Hello there. I used to be a pot addict for most of my 20's finally kicking the habit at age 28. Smoked like a chimney and drank a lot too at the same time. I gradually just reduced it down to nothing. I made the observation that when I smoked and drank alcohol I tended to get unhealthy fatty junk food cravings. When I ate greens and fresh fruit my cravings for smoking and drinking was less strong.
I do find eating healthy and living healthy was a great motivation for me to grow my hair long getting the best results that way. So in a way the desire for long hair motivated me to adopt healthy habits. Anyway good luck and maybe just try to keep it for the weekend only.
cheers, duncan
