  WRT to Rudy's query further down, I read somewhere that there are henna types which are mixed with indigo dyes. Not sure how well it works.

  I also heard tell of a stick called antigrey, which was used to touch up hair. Never come across it in the stores, though.

  A lady told me that she touches up her hair with eyebrow pencil. But I am not sure how safe it is.
