I recently stumbled upon what I believe is a Russian site that praises men with long hair. There are hundreds of photos (a few you've probably seen on English-speaking sites). Check it out when you get a chance, and click on the links as you go along - most are working and they provide additional photos.
The link is below, and if I've done this right, there should be an example (above or below) of one of the Russian longhairs you'll find on the site.

I thought it was interesting, and the Varg Vikernes pic was pretty funny. Do you know what the girl in the picture at the top is saying though?

It's a Norwegian comic strip called "Nemi".
It is an excellent site. I went through the 100 web pages, and there are some fantastic photos. Thanks for the link and for sharing, Marco.
