This proves that your growth rate has continued unabated. I'm jealous! Once my hair approached mid-back length, its rate of growth slowed. It appears you have a long way to go to reach terminal length.
Thanks Jason. I now make an extra effort to avoid hair on the back being snagged on chair seats. Still gets under the armpits though. Moroccan oil works a good treat on the ends. cheers duncan
Cool, Duncan! My hair was this length at four years growth so you are a fast grower! Mine grows barely average, if a tad bit slower, but it is still growing regardless!:P
Hi Mark, mine is only average hair growth rate but i found eating natural wholesome food and cutting out refined greasy sugary food helped a lot. Greatly improved the quality of hair. Biotin and especially MSN and Liquid Silica has helped boost my hair growth slightly. I look forward to seeing your hair growth progress in your next update. cheers, duncan
