my current hair length 6 inches past shoulders, 4 inches before it reached my nipples.
Awesome progress! What is your hair care routine?
no real routine. when i'm doing something special that day or the night before, i shampoo using one capful of pert with conditioner built in, let it air dry and finger comb until it is dry enough to use a regular comb or brush. if i'm not doing anything special, i can get by without shampooing for up to two days.
measuring in stages. nipples, mid back and waist are my goals.
