hi gordy, just checking to say that i admire your hair and also i think you have wonderful healthy looking skin tone too. my hair is going gray too and i admire the combo of different coloured hairs on your head which look great. cheers, duncan
thanks Duncan...i am fortunate at 50 to have a good head of hair and i hear it a lot about my skin.i attribute it to fresh air,good sleep and my supplement regimen. you as well, have a magnificent mane and hope you continue to manetain it

wow..i take a ton but i think the ones that are most key are CoQ10 Omega III and a supplement i found advertised on HSN called healthy hair skin and nails...you can check out their web site and go under Andrew Lessman..there is a description of it and many customer reviews of it..its pricier than most but results are results..i take all my supplements made by him..very high quality

hey there John..and yes i think youre right we started that hair journey at about the same time..i think i will be at 10 or 11 years this summer without having a cut or trim or anything..just let it be what it is...heres a pic i just took after washing it in the sink..trying something different...not sure if washing it in the shower may not be the best approach so figured i would try the sink routine for a bit and see if it reduces shedding or whatever...i doubt highly theres a difference but figured i'd see

hi Mark...thanks for stopping by and saying hey..and yes, i think you are right about the webcam shots..there is a 'smoothness' to them that doesnt seem right to me..i am new to this laptop so just use the factory settings on it..will have to delve deeper into it and see if i can get a more natural look to it..i will be 51 this month..funny thing is my brain is 27 and my bones are 75 so i guess it averages out!

Ha,ha yea I'm with you on brain in the 20s even though I will turn 50 in two months but thankfully I can say my bones are say in their 30s!LOL.I'm still quite active so I'm thankful for that and hopefully it stays that way.I do need a new laptop myself as this one I'm using was purchased back in 2004!Heck it keeps on ticking as it's been a loyal workhorse.It's one tough Apple:)Cheers
