Don't post much anymore but do check in from time to time. Mane look rather good after washing tonight so thought I'd post an update.

Thanks, it's might seem strange, but to me I feel that my hair is too short. My growth has slowed, but I am still hoping for some more length.

Thanks Mick, I usually wear it like this if out-and-about. I have a couple of those leather hair cuffs but have a hard time trying to get them on. I never could master braiding my hair either.

Thanks Tom, being I'm turning 57 this year I'm thankful that my hair is retaining most of it's thickness and color. I had a set back after some surgery a couple of years ago and my hair was coming out in clumps. It's still a bit thin in the ends but I'm happy with the recovery.

Yes, it has been quite a while since you've done an update so thanks for sharing your grand pictures:)I certainly recall your past health issues and how it affected your hair but it has made a fabulous comeback.Looks cool loose or tailed too!I do miss your artistic outdoorsy pics so hopefully someday you'll do those again.Hope you've been doing much better now:)Cheers my friend.

Thanks Mark, perhaps I will get out this summer for some hiking again, if so I will take some outdoors photos. Healthwise I have never been the same since the surgery, but considering how serious it was it's not surprising. Still would like to spend a day at Bushkill Falls sometime.

Thanks Scott, even though I seem to be getting some more length I don't think it will get at long as yours, but am very happy that I seem to have mostly recovered from the tremendous hair loss I experienced after surgery.

Thanks Ian, originally I was aiming for mid-back length, then it was waist-length, and now I'm hoping for somewhere below-the-butt. The longer it get the more I like it.

I miss seeing your beautiful outdoor photography. You have a great talent there and clever imagination with the camera. Not just with hair shots, too -- just excellent photography in general; so thought I would mention that, to give you a little encouragement, if you feel like maybe going outdoors with your camera sometime this spring...

Thanks Ken, I had a lot of fun trying to come up with creative photos back when my hair was really starting to show some length. I am hoping to give it a try again this summer if all goes well. Just gotta be careful, don't wanna get tree sap in my mane again!

Thanks for the response David, yes, my mane has recovered for the most part. Last year I had cataract surgery on both eyes so hopefully that's the end of any health problems for a while.
