Hi all,
What a crazy month this has been :p ! The in-laws from China arrived about a month ago for a stay until Aug. 2nd (have hardly had any time to be online with the fire drill going on around here >< ... great Chinese food to eat every night, though :D !), bad news on the job-front (...but right now I'm keeping an optimist so it'll all work out in the end >o>) and a wild month of weather - from winter straight to allergy summer @_@ ...
With my hair, it's been an interesting month, too. Now that it's getting longer, the longer it takes to take care of (no-duh, huh :p ?). A little drier, too. A little harder to manage when not tied up, but no big deal ^_~ ...
Found out why I was pulling out so much hair a month and two ago when taking out my hair tie... my hair would curl back and get caught in my hair tie during the day, so when I'd take it out, the hair tie would pull out the hair that had wound it's way back into it. The solution - straightening out the ponytail before and after taking out the first loop of the hair tie. Fixed :D !
Otherwise, from last month to this, progress it ok... I guess I was just hoping for a little more ~_~ ~.....
Well, I hope that everyone has another great month during this unusual springtime and keep your hair a'growin' & growing in the right direction ^_^ (no cutting, please >o< )!!!
Sincerely,
yoshiki
Hi yoshiki,
First of all very nice update as your hair is looking nice and full and wavy:)
Sounds like you have a lot going on in your life at the moment but nothing too
terrible. Not sure what your job issue is but funny you should mention that as I
was layed off from my job a month ago after nearly 18 years of service. Was quite
a shocker but work got really slow so two of us got axed.On the bright side they
did say we'd get called back once work picks up.We'll see I guess.
Sounds like you solved your hair tie problem as that's not good if they are pulling hairs from your head.I'm very careful when removing the ties just to avoid
that.Anyway thanks for your latest update as you have grand hair my friend:)Cheers

Hi 'Yosh' - a great mane - love the colour, body & cut = I can just picture it 1 metre down ur back = can't wait to see that ... yes = I have had trouble with elastics too = doing damage as I remove them ... I have learned to slow down & be gentle ... no more rip, rip, wood chip ... cheers CEM.
Hi yoshiki, Always good to see your updates. Sometimes progress does seem a little slow - until you compare shots from a few months ago, then you realise just how much it's grown. Hair ties are a problem, even the metal free variety have be handled very gently. Keep up the great work! Regards, Ian
Lookin good, Yoshiki, you have such great color. It's always nice to see your good vibe here, not to mention your unique emoticon language : )

Nice hair, it's coming along great.
As far as pulling out so much hair when you remove the tie could
you be tying it too tight? When I remove the tie(s) I never have
hair come out. I make sure it is not too tight, make sure the
ends are still at the end where they should be.
Maybe you need a second time on the pony tail? (One at the base
and one further down the tail?)
Hi Yoshiki,
Awesome hair. Very neatly trimmed on each side of the back and well brushed. This looks so well shaped to then have to tie it off (ie, for work), but better to be careful. Ive seen the ponytail folded back on the underside and then secured with another elastic band. This creates the appearance of shorter hair. Then take the bands off and let it down at home.
My hair also has the curls and thick texture, making it more work to brush out, but worth it for the look. My hair color is similar too. It really bleaches out in summer with blonde highlights streaking down. In winter, it darkens back to a light brown. Great photography used with your monthly updates that are very clear. I have also gone through similar uncertainty with employment.
Hello Yoshiki: Your hair looks great to me a long beautiful mane, but I can see how you would lose some hair when tied back, i do like the long and loose look on a man. Take care

Wow! It's looking better every month, keep it growing!
Yoshiki-
Your hair is looking great! Love the texture and color- I did a self trim a couple of days ago because my ends were a bit ratty looking-I didn't cut much, less than an inch- I think it looks much better now! I always follow "Feye's hair trimming video on YouTube...
Keep it growing!
Dee.
Hi yoshiki,
Your hair looks great, and I love its color.
Thanks for the update,
Lee
