Claims you get 3" in 7 weeks. Seems kind of suspect since all i ever heard is NOTHING will speed up biology but wanted to get your opinions.

I agree with what has been said thus far. On top of eating good nutritious food and exercising, I find drinking lots of water everyday really helps for me. I do believe in the saying "You are what you eat..."

Nonsense - your comment about the basics of human biology is absolutely correct. They must be desperate to sell and think that there are idiots out there.
I skimmed through the video and I think the fact that there are NO pictures clearly contrasting before and after really tells you all you need to know: utter bullsh*t.
