Hey there everyone. It's been 10 days since my last shampoo wash and so far i'm liking what I see. As of now i'm still in the transition stage where the scalp produces much more sebum, but luckily my hair has already started getting less oily with each passing day. My current routine consists of washing my hair 3x a week. I use baking soda/apple cider vinegar twice a week, while water washing the other day. I also apply an organic oil which is a mixture of various oils including jojoba and almond. I also have less dandruff now and less scalp irritation, which is always nice :)
Anyway I'm planning on updating again at day 30, which will also be my 10 month+ update.
Cheers, Isaac
Great progress Isaac,
It's been fun watching your progress. Your hair is coming along nicely. I'll have to try this out myself. Thanks for posting.
Hi Isaac,
Awesome results so far! I'm glad it's working for you. Have you tried using white vinegar instead of ACV. I find that white vinegar smells lighter than ACV (and the smell goes away better than ACV), and ACV sometimes makes my hair feel sticky. The routine you mentioned was a routine I did for almost a year, and it didn't do much for me in the end. I hope that this routine will work for you because it is a good healthy and economic routine. Thanks for keeping us updated.
cheers,
rowie
ugh...
Looking good, Isaac. I seem to remember your hair is naturally quite oily and it's looking a bit drier now. Should get even better as it grows. Looking forward to your next update.
