I'm at 8 months, w/very wavy hair, and after I get out of the shower (or anytime my hair is soaking wet) it gets really out of control and curly as it starts to dry, if I don't wear a hat during the time it dries I end up with very messed up looking curly hair. This happen to anyone else?
Every damn time
Oh, yeah. After my hair is dry I use a wee bit of monoi oil. Works
wonders for me. Otherwise its frizzy poofy etc. etc. head.
yes, it's really annoying but it happens all the time
I'm glad those days are over for me. If I didn't used to wear a hat when my hair was wet it would look like an afro. But now those days are over. As soon as your hair gets long enough to go behind your ears just do that when you get out of the shower. It will dry and stay there and stops a lot of the bigness. U may still have to work with the back to keep it from flipping up. I suggest as it dries mat it down against a pillow while you watch TV or read or something. Or U can put a towel around your neck and let it dry like that.
The problem is that if I put my hair behind my ears, it gets that curved shape...
when i get out of shower and comb it, it stays pretty well, curls a little at the end... i'm at about 9 months (from earlength)
but out of bed...that is a different story.... :-)
