Does anyone else notice that if they run their fingers through their hair keeping their fingers tight and close to one another that hair comes out between the fingers? I done this a couple of times and almost every time about 3-4 hairs came out. should i worry about balding? im only 17 but i've heard it can happen at my age?
Cheers
Don't sweat it. People lose, on average 100 hairs per day without tugging on them. Some lose as many as 500 and they aren't balding. Each hair goes through a life cycle, at the end of which it falls out and a new one grows in its place. Think of it as shedding, and you will feel better about it. After all, you ever see a bald dog?
Hope that helps,

Cheers for the info mate
Hairloss follows a funny rule of thumb.
The percentage of men who are bald roughly corresponds to their age. In other words, at age 40, about 40% of men have significant hair loss.
You are at an ideal age to be treated with effective drugs. See your dermatologist to see if minoxidil (Rogaine) and/or propecia is right for you. If you start now, you may never even show any hairloss. Lucky you! These drugs don't work as well if you start later, as I did.
