Went from bald to a solid thick set of wavy/curly hair.
What do you guys think?
I'll probably be re-posting update pics at either the 9 month or 12 month mark.
It's my first time growing it out, this being the longest it's ever been in my life. I'm curious to see how it turns out.
I think you're off to a great start as you seem to have really good hair to work with. Hopefully you can persevere through the awkward stage as I think the best is yet to come. :-)

I'm also at the 6 month point and my hair texture and length is very similar.

What an incredible "makeover"....it is not often we see such a dramatic change (positive) in such a short time.
I usually like the look of eyeglasses, but in your case, shedding them makes a world of difference.
