A number of guys on here have stated they like wearing skinny
jeans with their long hair. So i've decided to try a pair.
Which kind do you prefer? Skinny? Super Skinnhy? Slim Fit?
Super Slim Fit? Jeggings? Why so many and what is the diffrence between them? Any brand you prefer? Any brand you suggest staying away from?
When it comes to jeans, no two brands fit alike, and there can be differences in fit between lines within a particular brand. The best answer I can give is to just try on something in your size and price range and select whichever fit your body the best. For best comfort I prefer tighter fitting jeans with 1% ~ 2% spandex or similar material that has a bit more give to it than 100% cotton provides.
As for the difference in various types, Skinny jeans are snug fitting in seat and thigh and close fitting in the calf, whereas Super Skinny are snug fitting in the entire leg. Slim fit are tighter in the seat but have legs that aren't snug fitting like skinny fit. Super Slim are tighter yet but not quite form fitting like the Skinny series are. Jeggings I've not seen.

I am 6ft tall and weigh 217lbs. I have hockey player legs, so I do not think I can pull of skinny jeans. I also must admit, that I like loose clothing in general. If the look suits you, and it's comfortable go for it.

While not a wearer of 'Skinny" jeans. I do like my jeans 'Fitted" and with a 32 inch waist and 34/36inch(boot cut) inseam. I like the sharp lines yet not painted on look of a "skinny" fit. I usually wear Levis or Wranglers. Try them on and see how comfortable you are. Just don't wear a pair that squeezes "the Boys" too much and you will be quite pleased.
My skinny jeans are due to being too poor (cheap) to buy new ones. I wear them until they fall apart and then they turn into cut offs until the holes are so large I can't wear them in public. The only problem I have is the lack of room for my "parts". I swear that some countries intententionaly leave out enough room to fit ones "parts" into the pants to induce (temporary) sterilization. This is why if you feel the need to waste money on underwear, you shouldn't wear tighty whities, but boxers instead, or go commando. I don't have any brand to recommend since I get mine at the flea market when I do break down and buy a pair. If they are a "snug" fit, it's a bonus as cost is my highest priority, not looks. I think there's a large untapped market for tight fitting jeans with ample room for a man to remain unsquashed while hugging tight everywhere else. Trouble is, I guarentee the price will be outragious for that one little bonus.
I'm a big fan of skinny jeans and feel they go great with long hair just like Rock n Roll does:)This is a subject I could go on in great detail about but will keep it simple and to the point.First off I buy my skinny jeans based on how well they fit me meaning how well they are cut and sewn together.Yes, the best fitting ones are going to cost you more as likely they are a designer brand. So you will be talking $100+ for a single pair.I have several pairs that qualify as designer and as an example the pair I'm wearing in my avatar is a brand known as Diesel, and they were not cheap!Levis are OK and the fact they actually make men's skinny jeans is a small miracle.Another aspect of them is that they are generally a low rise style. If you've never worn low rise jeans before I can tell you they will feel very odd the first time you try them on.I've grown to appreciate that aspect of them and actually like them better that the standard,at the natural waist, kind.Anyway I better stop as this is getting long and I barely got started!LOL.Good luck in your search for that perfect pair.Cheers

I'm partial to Levi 510 in 30/32, but the jeans you guys saw me wear are this 'forever 21' teenybopper brand in 30/32. I for one think they could be tighter, but I'm severely biased toward form-fitting clothing! Any other brands I tried other than those two don't have decent enough pockets that accomodate my Every Day Carry setup. I carry my wallet in one of the front pockets because pickpockets, and back pocket carry ruins the shape of a nice ass in tight jeans.
The best skinny jeans that levis made are York and Ex-girlfriend
both of which were limited styles and are no longer available
except maybe on ebay at high prices.
Otherwise Hot Topic has social collision and rude jeans which
have quite a bit of stretch and are some of the most comfortable
skinnies I have worn. They have both skinny and super skinny.
You might want to start with skinny first.
And for those worried about space for parts they have what they
call "drop waist" where the jeans crotch ends up halfway between
your crotch and your jeans.
Most of them are low rise which are cool once you get used to
them because while your midsection may increase in size your
hips stay the same!
For me you can't get any cooler than long hair and skinny jeans!!!
