Hi all, it' been ages, here's a quick update, sorry the quality is not so good , from my camera phone.
Will do a big update next month or early July to mark 36 months! Think I'll update my profile pic after that too....

Ha thanks! I think the mirror shot may be a bit of a cheat-if the photo was taken right from behind instead of from up above my head it might not appear to go so far down my back. The truth will be revealed in the next update when I can get some proper pics taken

Cheers, thanks for that, It's got to be about the same as 2007 by now! Seems like only a few months ago it would never get that long again. The thing I like about growing this time round is I got it all one lenth, but it's made take forever to grow. Much prefer the ends all the same length-ie full thickness. Last-time it was good but somehow didn't look right, to me anyway.

Thanks David, yeah it is quite thick to the point of getting more challenging to look after as time goes by. Still gonna keep growing though. Now that I haven't had any trims in over 18 months, I'm in a "race to my butt" so to speak! I may need to trim before it gets there if the ends get too messy but we'll see ;).

Thanks Mark, maybe I have been taking this not over posting thing a bit too seriously :) I remember back in 2004 there wasn't a month I wouldn't post if not more frequently! More updates coming late July/Early August :)

Re MPB I think you could be a little bit right, it is getting a bit thinner on top over time, I've noticed a few small gaps appearing over the last few years on top. Oh well I never thought I'd have to go on blood pressure medication either until this January!

Looking great. Always good to see some more of the unusual hair types on this forum. Is this the longest your hair has ever been? Keep it going, whatever your doing in hair care is paying off.
