I came across this chart from 1884 (as I said before, the idea that short hair only became popular during WWI is a myth). I guess those were the basic choices (long hair was around but was rare and slightly eccentric). How depressing! How could any guy have his hair mutilated like that and think it looked good?!

Honestly there isn't one cut there that looks any better than the others.Frankly they all look "hack" and to think guys paid money for that kind of butchery:(All I can conclude is that guys just get brainwashed into thinking that is what is "normal" to be a real man.Thankfully, no matter the generation, there is the percentage of "free thinkers" who want no part of that:)Cheers

Yes well put. It is not for every male to go against the herd/wolf pack mentalith. I make other males very nervous and flustered on a daily basis by having my ass lenght hair all puffed out peacock style!! Women seem to get a big kick out of it though.
