Hi all,
I know I missed the inspiration thread the last time around - the tread that keeps on periodically popping up every now and then... recently came across someone who inspires me to grow all the way I can :D (oh, I hope I can ~o~ .....), so here he is :) :
Herman Li, guitarist of the band Dragon Force (pictured here). Can't say much for the music or the occasional middle finger I see him give the pictures I Google him in (in his YouTube tutorials he seems like a pretty decent guy :o ~), but his hair is pretty epic. This picture isn't really the best (not too sure what he's doing in it anyways :p heh) but gives you an idea of how long his hair is. If you google him, during his rock concerts, it just goes flying! Don't know how he doesn't get it tangled up into his guitar strings @_@ ~
Well, there's some inspiration for 'ya ^_~ ! If anyone else has any new or existing inspiration since the last thread, why not give us a look :) ???

That picture is very inspirational as I've always been impressed with Asian guys with long hair:)There is just something about them that makes it a no brainer that they should be required to grow long manes. I can't recall seeing any that look bad with long flowing locks:)Thanks for posting that one Eric.Cheers

Now this is some inspiration! His hair looks to be well taken care of. I googled some pictures of him. He has some wild hair during the concerts. I will have to look for some inspirational photos also. However, I have really enjoyed the ones which have been posted here lately.

Herman Li does in fact have "epic" hair. Pictured is one of my inspirations for growing my hair long 40 years ago. The great folk rocker Shawn Phillips from Texas although much more popular in Quebec,France,the UK and South Africa.

You know, Yos, that's a nice long-term goal to achieve yeeeeaaaaarrrrrs from now, but so as not to get depressed in the meantime, I also like to get inspired by hair that's only a few inches longer than mine. It makes it all nice and attainable.
When my hair brushed my shoulders, for instance, I thought, well, it would be great if it came down to my collarbones, like Thor's. And then when that happened I thought, well, nipple length would be awesome. And when that happens, I'll take it from there :-)

When I was growing up and forced by my parents to have short hair I always wanted the layer look of a younf David Cassidy or long hair like Mark Farner of "Grand Funk Railroad" but when "Van Halen" came along in the late 70's I wanted hair like a young David Lee Roth as pictured.

Jeff Bridges does have great looking thick, long hair. I think his late father Loyd, and his brother Beau had great looking hair, must be a great hair gene pool for that family.
