The only logical costume for me this year was an 80's Hairband Rockstar! I had to do three things I told myself I would never do though.
-Blowdry my hair
-Curl my hair with a curling iron
-Put hairspray in my hair
Never again.
Hey Purple Eyes,
Yea I'd be afraid to treat my hair like that but guess it can't hurt just this one time.LOL.Also love your outfit as I'd like to dress that way everyday if I had my way;)Cheers

It was hard to find anything that would resemble the costume in the men's section at the thrift store, so I spent a lot of time trying on women's pants. After about 45 minutes I found a pair that was made of a stretchy denim material. Very necessary for the man parts. It was quite the experience. Now I know I'm a 12-13 in womens pants. lol.
Hi again Purple Eyes,
That was very creative building your costume from thrift store garments. But what the heck, if it's only for a costume then go as cheap as possible.Funny story about how you selected the pants as I know I'm a size 1 in woman's sizing lingo.Haha.Cheers

Cool look! I blowdried and sprayed my hair for Halloween too but skipped the curling iron (my hair is wavy anyway). Hey, it's only the once and hair recovers! :)
You struck a cool pose for your pic. I just look sorta goofy in mine!

Hi Purple Eyes,
I agree on the never again. I just can't imagine the thought of you doing that to your hair. Oh well, just this once won't be too bad. Hope you had a rockin' Halloween! Gotta love the 80's. Take care of you and your great hair!
