The bench press and pectoral curl machines provide a good upper body platform to lie the hair on.

This is a wonderful update! I really like the waviness and color of your hair! The length is really coming along nice. You really have a great "V" going on there. Looks like you've been hittin' the weights! I used to like to lift, but had to sell my weight set because of kidney disease, dialysis etc. I hope you continue lifting and improving your physique. Congrats on both fronts - long hair and a lean, muscular physique. Your hair will only look more amazing as it lengthens.
Thank you everyone for your wonderful positive comments. The minimum is shoulder blade length. Better half way down the back. I shall proceed to this goal.
The best way to wear very long hair is to keep the weight under control to minimum body fat. And a well structured weight training regime to balance very long hair with the toned muscular physique.
But not that much. Just maintaining the proper balance with (1) very long hair, (2) minimum body fat, and (3) lots of heavy but gradual technical weight training.
This way, just put on the cut off jeans, wear your very long hair down, and enjoy your freedom. I'll post with some black and white and then color in combination. Black and white with bright shading, and then color together.
