Tom(Hairboy)
Hi Tom,
Thanks a bunch for the nice comments. Sometimes I don't like the thickness, but always come to my senses when I see someone with real thin hair or MPB going on. Take care and thanks again!
Ted
Hi Ted,
Your off to a great start and will have an awesome mane at the length your aiming for.I can tell your hair has the potential to actually reach that length:)Thanks for the post and do keep us updated on your progress.Have an awesome day my friend.Cheers

Hi Mark,
Thanks a bunch for your nice comments. I had grown it to just below my shoulders the first time when I foolishly cut it. I will try to keep everybody updated as I progress to my goal of at least mid-back length. I hope you also have an awesome day and I hope the clean-up efforts are progressing well. My day is awesome today because I don't have to go to dialysis. That's tommorrow. Take care, friend.
Ted
Hi Ted,
You have wonderful thick hair and that wave will look awesome as it gets longer. It's going to look really good at mid-back!
Best,
Jason
Hi Jason,
Thanks so much for the nice comments. I think maybe my hair will look similar to yours in waviness and texture. I use your photos as inspiration as I really like your hair. I hope your son is healthy and your family is doing well. Anxoiusly awaiting your next blog post:) Take care and keep us updated!
Ted
Here is what my hair looked like before I cut. Trying to get back there. With your inspirational updates I will get there. Thanks for your updates here.
Ted
Hi Ted,
You are off to a wonderful start. You have great hair to work with, with excellent thickness and a nice natural wave, and I look forward to your future progress!
Keep it growing,
David
Hello David,
Thanks a bunch for your nice comments. I sometimes don't appreciate the thickness and wave my hair has. I find myself wishing I had straight hair like yours. But maybe when it gets longer I will enjoy it more. At least it isn't thinning or falling out!
Take care, Ted
No worries, Ted, You have fabulously thick and wavy hair - and it's already quite long. It'll soon get back to the length it was before.
Incidentally, I applaud your intention to always wear your hair down (in your other post). Unless it's absolutely necessary to tie it back (for work or weather conditions or whatever) I cannot see the point of growing long hair only to then hide it. Plus I personally think that hair pulled straight back into a ponytail or whatever is not an attractive or flattering look. If you got it, flaunt it!

-----------------------------------
Hi Damon,
Thank you for the nice reply and compliments:) Always appreciated! I am currently on disability and not working so am taking advantage of the situation to grow out my hair. I had long hair when I was younger. Then when I joined the Air Force I had short clean cut hair for many years. Now I guess I am going back to wanting long hair. Actually I believe I should have always had long hair.
Hopefully one of these days I will get a kidney transplant and get off dialysis treatment. Then I plan to get into I.T. A lot of times guys in I.T. have longer hair. Then I can probably get away with having a ponytail. Although I really don't like ponytails. Some guys look good with ponytails(in my opinion with straighter hair). One guy who comes to mind is the CEO of Sun Microsystems Johnathan I. Schwartz. However, I will try to let my hair fly loose whenever I can. I know people talk about damage etc., but I think that really matters at very long lengths. You are right. If ya got it, flaunt it!Thanks for the message and I hope your job situation is going okay.
Take care, Ted
Hi Ted - you have incredible thickness & texture - ur hair will be head-turning = mark my words ... remember 'NO MORE TRIMS' = 'HIDE DA SCISSORS' ... hehehe cheers 2 ewe my friend CEM. (◡‿◡✿)
Hi CEM,
Wow, I just scrolled down to find one of my updates and saw that you had replied. I apologize for not catching that! I really appreciate the kind words and the scissors are currently hidden and out of reach! Trim-what does that mean? Keep your wonderful hair growing also my friend!
Take care, Ted
