Posting after a while, and this may sound a bit silly. I was recently recommended by a friend to use Head & Shoulders anti-dandruff shampoo. However, when I went to check it out in the supermarket I found there were two - for Him and for Her.
My question - with my near waist length mop which should I use?

Personally, I would go with "For Her". From what I understand, mens and women's hair care products are just about identical. The only real difference is the marketing, but I'd imagine the "For Her" just might have something extra in it to help nourish the hair.
Either way, there probably isn't very much of a difference. Be wary though, Anti-dandruff shampoo is harsher than regular shampoo. Use sparingly.
My guess would be to use the product "for her" as it's likely to be less harsh on the hair. You might also try using sauve anti-dandruff *conditioner*. It's a relatively new product which works well for those of us who keep our shampoos to a minimum.
