Hi Mark,
Thank you for the holiday wishes. I'm sure you have had more than your share of white Christmases! We down here in Texas are the ones who dream of a white Christmas. Hopefully good old St. Nick will give us hair farmers a growth spurt for Christmas! Enjoy your holiday my friend!
Ted
Personally I got over the idea of a white christmas many years ago. Spending many hours shoveling snow that is over your head will do that. (For years I lived on a major roadway, when the road would be plowed the piles of snow in the driveway were higher than my head.) And often that pile of snow was rock solid.
For me, after getting a whole bunch of 25" + snowfalls in a row,
it became tradition for me to look forward to the day when the
professional baseball team headed down south for spring training.
It was one of those sure signs that spring would eventually come.
When you have hundreds of inches of snow and the piles get so high that there is no place to put it the novelty of snow wears off very
fast.
Especially when you have icy roads and lunatics who drive as if
it's seventy degrees and the roads are dry. Needless to say they're in for a huge shock when they hit the brakes. But every year they continue to drive that way.
Happy holidays to everyone, too! Having a white Christmas here... 7°F (-14°C) and can't feel any better. Enjoy and be save!!!
Sincerely,
yoshiki
Thank you and a Merry Christmas to you and everyone else here!
Your candle warning is a bit late as the candle got me last year.
Well hopefully your hair has recovered from that and it doesn't happen again!
Ted
Well a section of my front hair is still 3" to 4" shorter than
the rest despite some trims but since most of the time my hair
is tied back its not noticeable. Unfortunately I forgot it
wasn't tied when I leaned over to blow out a candle last
Christmas!
I'm glad you didn't suffer any burns. At least hair grows back.
Ted
