Thanks Ted. Rowan was born with a full head of dark hair but that all fell out. What came in has been blond with some curliness to it. Of course scissors haven't touched his head and won't for a very long time!

Right now I am in New Jersey working for FEMA helping municipality leaders put their communities back together after SANDY...heartbreaking, but meaningful work.

I have made a new years resolution to continue my
boycott of the barber shop, scissors,
hair stylists, etc.
I started growing my hair in 1964, and in 2013 that
will not change since I fully intend to have long
hair until the day I die.

I have already saved some money by not getting my hair cut for a while now. It's a win-win situation. I get long hair and save money at the same time.

Thanks so much for your kind words! My health has been doing pretty well and am hanging in there. Hopefully I can get a kidney transplant soon. Dialysis is already getting old after only a year. I wish you and your family a very happy and safe New Year also! Take care of yourself and keep your hair growin' an flowin'!
