Hi Val,
That was an interesting video but it seems like he uses a lot of that detangler which might make your hair appear greasy.If I over condition my hair after shampooing it almost looks as if I never washed it as it looks very flat and greasy.I do employ that technique of holding my hair at mid length when brushing the ends just for the reason he stated.That is not to pull the hair at the scalp.I've lost a lot less hair that way during brushing so it's good advice:)Overall it looks like good advice and who would argue with a bodybuilder anyway;)LOL.Cheers

That guy looks like he could punch through a brick wall while holding a duckling and have the duckling be fine afterwards. Truly, he is the definition of manliness.

He has great hair. I don't brush mine, but use a wide tooth comb to reduce damage.
