Hi mlhh! just wanna show some update of my hair after i had it trimmed last week. i just trimmed a little bit of the side and neaten up the back. but i didn't measure it because for me personally, i wanna have my have even longer before i have it measured (because i often got my hair like this length before). i'm now working on experimenting with few hairstyles so that my hair won't be noticed as long (not quite long in mlhh T.T). lol.
Hi ahseng!
Looks good after the trim, but now it´s time to let it grow and flow, no more trims until you are down to jawlength with the hair on the top of your head, as you have planned ;) Keep away from them scissors, and have fun! :)
thank you! well, i need to go for a trim because my mum always nagged at me before this that i need to get a haircut. this is what bugging me. since my family especially my parents don't like to see their sons having long hair, i always think how to have long hair without being noticed having long hair or if being noticed, how to make sure they dont keep asking me to get my hair cut. i need to figure out somehow to make my long hair "accepted" in the family (my big family is a conservative malaysian type, so that's why).
Hi ahseng,
I agree with Raul that now you should just let your hair grow and skip any additional trims. You have great hair to work with so just let it do its thing until your goal is reached. At that point you can make adjustments.Cheers

thank you! yup, i'm thinking about skip any trimming for now at least about 3 months (because i'll enter college in 3 months time, and malaysian college is quite strict about hair on male students), so i'll enjoy this 3 months of not haircut. hehe
Oh you've got to be kidding me!I've never heard that once one goes to college they are forced to maintain draconian hair lengths for men.I know that can happen in the public schools but college! If I were shelling out the big bucks for further education I'd in no way let the university dictate how I present myself in public.Maybe there's more to your situation but I'm shocked!Anyway good luck with that.Cheers....

Hi ahseng,
I agree with Mark and Raul. I believe your hair would look really nice at shoulder length or longer. But not sure if that's possible since you don't want it to be noticed. I wish you much success with whatever style you choose.

Looking good... now stay away from those scissors! ;)
