Hey guys since being on vacation this week I decided to take in a factory tour at CF Martin Guitar Co. located in Nazareth,PA not all that far where I live. The tour was free, lasted around an hour, but was great because you were up close and personal around most of the production points in the plant.Of course I was wondering, this is a guitar factory so wouldn't there be long haired guys employed? Well it took til near the end of our tour until I finally spotted a couple which I will post here:)Some nice lady on our tour offered to take a pic of me with my iphone so I took her up on that.So here goes and enjoy:)First me in the factory....

Ok, this guy had the awesome straight hair which is always a crowd favorite:)
Yes,curly hair "rocks " too!
Hi Mark = great post - had me smiling broadly - your hair looks terrific: ( that henna is workin' a treat ) - you high-lighted beautifully what I love about long hair on men - its diversity & variety ... N'Joy your holidays bud ! cheers Cem. :)
Hey CEM, thanks for the thumbs up:)I love the henna color and never regretted doing it since the very first time over a year ago.It was a big step to go with that color change but I think it paid off.Cheers my friend.

Hi Mark,
This is great stuff! You are looking awesome in front of the guitar and the picture of the founder of Martin guitars. The henna is definitely rockin' on you and also your great smile! I really enjoyed this. The pics of the long haired employees was just icing on the cake:) Hope you enjoyed the tour and look forward to your next update:) Have a great week my friend!
Ted
Hi Ted, thank you for your kind words my friend:)Yea I figured I'd see some longhaired guys at a guitar factory so definately a place you could work and keep your hair long:)Tell you the truth I'm half tempted to apply there as I could use a career change. It would be different for me plus I would need to move closer.I dunno,I would have to think that one through.LOL. Hope your week is going well.Cheers

Take care,
David
Thank you David for your comments:) Thankfully the weather has held up even though its been rather cold the last couple days.Still no rain and starting today its supposed to warm up.Have to see what else I want to do for the rest of the week.Cheers my friend!

Hey Mârk! It's a nice post here! I extremely love guitars as I'm a bit into music :)
Your hair looks good (wow, a color! Simply love it). All the pics are nice :)
We don't have any famous guitar manufacturers in Ukraine, but all the separate masters I know (they're also doing guitars of their own) do have long or medium-long hair.
Serge.
Hi Serge,
Thanks for your comments as they are much appreciated:)My hair,I'd say,is more like lower back nowadays.I used to think it was waist length but since my hair tapers towards the ends the best volume is at lower back. The color is courtesy of my henna treatments that I do myself:)Yes, Martin Guitar is an old company that dates back to 1833 and is still privately owned. It's kind of rare nowadays seeing such a thriving company still giving the customer that personal touch.I did two tours there the last two days and learned a lot.Frankly I wouldn't mind working there as it looks like a great place to be employed buy:)Have a great day my friend.Cheers
