Hi everyone,
I wanted to post this in a new thread. Regardless of how this board is set up and run I will continue to grow my hair and enjoy this board. I would like to thank the moderators for keeping everything running smooth. I would like to thank the members for their inspirational and entertaining posts.
So with that, onward and downward my friends! And Happy Father's Day to all you Fathers out there!

Let me join in on Ted's blessed idea, and say it again that I LOVE this place, and it's memebers, and am happy and proud to be one of you guys!
Soon to be 7 months in, and I can honestly say that this place has given me huge support in decided to re-grow my hair! :)

And I echo the the sentiments about the moderators and members who make this board what it is. What can I say? Longhaired people are a special bunch!

It is currently 80 degrees in the desert and headed towards the upper 90s...good morning for gardening; good afternoon for a nap !!

Ted, it's people like you who make this board a great place to be. Your caring and encouraging nature is something that's really needed. You were one of the few people who displayed that to me when the tornadoes hit my city last month, and you repeatedly encouraged me to believe things would be okay. I'd just like to thank you personally for being a man who actually reaches out to people in an effort to make their day a better one. God bless.

Hello Steve,
I am so happy to see your extremely kind words! I must tell you that since I was diagnosed with kidney disease a year ago my attitude has changed. You see, I must go to the dialysis clinic 3 times per week for 4 hours each treatment. Sometimes it's difficult to go since it drains me most of the time. But if I don't go I could get really sick within days.
This board and its members have helped me get through some tough times. You all just don't understand how much I appreciate your posts and discussions here. Thanks a bunch for that.
I sincerely hope everyone in Oklahoma is doing well and making progress putting the pieces back together. May you all have Godspeed in your cleanup and rebuilding efforts.

Your participation is greatly appreciated as well as your upbeat posts and
replies:)Being I've been involved with this board since 2005 I've witnessed a lot
both good and bad but thankfully mostly good.Its true we all have the common
goal of longhair for the guys but beyond that we are all over the place when it comes to other aspects of life.We are truely a unique group and Im happy to see that here.Personally Im happy with the operation of this board as archaic as it may seem to some.In the end we get to communicate and get to know each other and I for one have met many members here face to face just because of mlhh. If it wasn't for our community I would have missed out on making great friends.So before we all want to overhaul the machinery here just remember its all about friendship and bells and whistles are really for the masses.Cheers all :)

I thank you very much for the nice words! I like to try to help if I can and love to read other members' responses. I have gained much enjoyment from this board and hope to continue that for a long time. I am very happy with the operation of this board as well. I kind of the think that other thread veered somewhat off-topic. But it was interesting reading the various angles.

My apologies for the late reply! I agree with you totally! This board is my favorite place to visit(aside from ebay!). I have learned quite a lot from the board as well as the external links.
I am also happy to see many new members here. I can't wait to get to a decent length so I can be an inspiration to aspiring longhairs. It just takes so long! But, then again, good things come to those who wait! Hope you have a great week my friend!
