I just discoverd this board yesterday and have really enjoyed reading the posts. I have been growing my hair for a year now from a very short buzz cut(almost bald),I was just wondering if you guys think my length is about right for a years worth of growth? My hair is usually a little more poofy than it looks in the pics(it's very thick!)but it hasn't been washed in a couple of days and I have had it tucked behind my ears.. One year from stubble? Yeah, I'd say you're hair's coming in fast! Does it hurt when it grows that quickly?

Six inches of length is about average for a year's worth of growth--looks like you are ahead (no pun intended) of the game. Continued success!

WOW !!!!!! That looks awsome brother! I myself am starting from a buzz also skin bald and I hope mine is that long in only a year! Right now I am like 4 months from a buzz and my hair hardley even hangs down my forhead. (i have a big forhead) hehe anyway Yeah your growth is awsome GOOD WORK!
Wow, that's great! Did you measure your hair at the one year mark? Looks like more than the usual six inch growth for one year.
