1) your hair tends to annoy you so much because they can't stay still just like when we had short hair
2) you started to be interested in hair accessories
3) we can experimenting with many things with our hair just like the females do (braids, bun, ponytails, etc)!
4) we can feel movements behind on top of our head especially when we're doing activities that require a lot of movements (if we're not using any hair accessories).
add more points, guys! :D
you can see your hair in the front without looking in the mirror.
You've perfected the "dance" so your hair doesn't snag on doorknobs, knickknacks, other people and you do it instinctively...I've only doorknobbed myself once in the last year!
--------------------------
I just hate doorknobs. They have little crevices that are designed to snag hair. It has happened to me many times. Sitting on it is also a pain in the ass.
Scott
Office chairs. The back rest seems deliberately designed to trap hair.
---------------
Mine gets caught in folding chairs occasionally. Not fun.

"...Sitting on it is also a pain in the ass..."

LOL, yes Walter, I agree that Scott must have intended that as a pun -- and even if he didn't, with hair that long it must occasionally feel like misplaced dental floss (OMG, I just grossed myself out - LOL)!!
------------
I didn't even think about that. I just hate sitting on it.

(5. hair in front, 6. the doorknob dance, 7. office chairs suck)
8. cheeks feel nice and warm in the winter
9. it's your hair in your food... and it's still attached to your head!
10. No need to worry about a red neck
11. Not having to worry about having to having to maintain a haircut, unless if you have bangs (because nobody notices a couple more inches down the back)
12. Looking perfect in the morning (YMMV for this one though?)
.... You think someone is behind you tapping you on the shoulder / back / top of your butt, only to realize that it was just your own long hair saying a friendly "hello!"
Regarding (1) I never had hair that short, so can't relate.
ahseng,
"when a waiter or waitress comes up from behind you and says can I help you maam? Followed almost immediately by 'excuse me sir! I'm sorry'."---------

..when you have to open the car door a second time to let your hair in.
..when you swipe at a bug on your arm only to realise it's your hair tickling you in the breeze.
..when you have to retie your shoe laces so you can stand up straight.
I tend to use my hair loose, so everytime I eat my hair gets in my way (or in my dish).
Sometimes I end up with sauce or some food in my hair.
When you put your hair in a ponytail under a hood and hot chicks almost freak out because they think you cut it.
And getting more attention from women in general.
Never experienced this. But then when my hair is in a pony tail
and under a good it's about 20-30 degrees, windy with blowing drifting snow. We get lots of snow here in New York.
Hi everybody,
I don't have anything to add unfortunately. But I can tell you that I hope to experience each and every one of these! Even the dreaded "door knobbing"! Thanks for the posts everybody!
Ted
I can't say my hair ever annoys me. I love having long hair
so my hair never annoys me.
The only accwessories i'm intested in is hair ties.
I do that, pony tails/braids/pig tails/buns/etc. Most of the time my hair is loose.
