Hey all! 9 months for me this week! Here is the latest! I tried a ponytail out a couple nights ago just to see what it would look like. Another couple inches and I'll probably be able to wear it that way with my bandanna :). My bangs are almost reaching my mouth now...I've started putting them behind my ears when I eat so I don't get food in my hair lol.
I believe Ted has posted recently about his hair being poofy, mine does it to, and you see it best illustrated in my front facing picture.For whatever reason the left side of my head's hairs stick out backwards no matter how I comb my hair. It's been crazy humid the past few days and it's been sticking out a ton, not sure if that related or not.
I've see a lot of mention you growing your beards too, so I thew in a pic of the longest I grew my goatee out. I believe it was about 8 months of growth!

Man, this is a great update of you and your hair! You have awesome color and texture which will only get better with time! Don't you just love the bangs getting in your mouth? Mine are doing the same exact thing! I know what you mean about the one side sticking out. Mine seems straighter on one side than the other. I just work with it the best I can. Eventually it will all be swept back over my shoulders. I like the beard on you, but I couldn't grow a beard if my life depended on it!

Thanks Ted! I still have a tough go of it when it comes to growing a beard. It's still kind of patchy, although its slowly been filling in the past few years.

Thanks Fitz! It was extremely hot and humid here in the mid-west last week as well. I helped a friend move Saturday and it was like working in a sauna! My hair was so poofy, even with a bandanna!

Thanks John! The long look was from a few years ago, right now I'm sporting the "5 o'clock shadow" look which actually takes me about a week to grow in noticeably, hah!
Hey Tommy - My goatee has too much gray in it. BTW - hat length do you have have as a goal for your hair?
Right no I'm shooting for nipple length. I should be there by December. I'm at 32 months right now.
My first goal that I'm shooting for shoulder length all the way around. After that, depending on how I like it, I may continue to somewhere to the shoulder blade area...not sure yet.

Very close hairtype to mine, just a bit more ruly and less curly it seems! Love the little half ponytail there, and am sure you are going to have GREAT results in another year or so!

Thanks man. I'm not brave enough to wear my hair in the pony anywhere than by myself in front of the mirror yet lol. I would prefer it to be a little more commplete.
My hair only curls at the bottom, which I suspect is due to the way its resting on my collar...that and the complete right side which for whatever reason whats to curl outward all the time. I remember as a kid my aunt (who owned a salon and cut my hair) always said I had terrible "cow-licks" in my hair, so I guess this is just that, only exaggerated now that my hair is longer.
