Some of you long timers might remember me.I do kinda keep up with what goes on here.My avatar is way out of date,I have a beard with a lot of grey in it.Hair is about the same though greyer and a little thinner. Will see about a more up to date pic.Something that kinda started this is I was in Walmart earlier today.Had an older lady in a wheelchair tell me she loved my hair. Also on the inspiration thread, mine is a little different.Mine happened in 1962 when I saw this long haired guy driving an ice cream truck. He was dressed like Wild Bill Hickok. His hair was real. Was the first real guy I had seen besides an actor with long hair.I was 8 years old.

Welcome back! Wow--1962. That guy had grown it out starting afew years prior to the Beatles, who, of course, ushered in the era all of us longhairs now enjoy. A true pioneer!
Welcome back, man!

Hi Arrick,
Nice to meet you from a fellow Texan. I have always liked your hair in your avatar. Very inspirational! Would definitely love to see a current pic! Glad to hear of the lady loving your hair. We need more of that!
Love the Wild Bill Hickok story! Classic! Please keep your beautiful hair growing my friend!

Welcome back, Arrick!
Don't know you, but I am sure you are an asset to this board, so always great having longtime members making a comeback :)
Nice to see you again, Arrick! As I recall, you live somewhere in the Texas panhandle region -- probably NOT known for being all that longhair-friendly, I would imagine... All the more reason to admire your independent spirit!
In any case, always good to hear from you!!
