Hey Guys:
Alot of you say you wash once a week with shampoo, and on the other days just use conditioner or water. I shower once a day, and on the days i don't shampoo i just use a shower cap. Should I be using just plain old water or conditioner instead, of covering my hair in a shower cap on these days that i don't use shampoo? My hair is still a mess since my last post, it's still tangling badly, and breaking off when i brush it. Any help would be appreciated.

The days I don't shampoo I just rinse with water. So far, so good.
In a recent post i was told to use conditioner on the days i dont shampoo. I shampoo about once a week now and condition my hair on the days inbetween. This offers a light clean and makes my hair feel extra smooth. So far im ecstatic with the results, my hair is a lot less dry and frizzy looking, not to mention it feels better than ever! Thanks to for the advice everyone. P.S. i hope this helps.
Good idea...gently rinse out hair every day with water
to get rid of dirt and loose hairs.
Maybe shampoo (very little shampoo--no suds) 1 or 2 times
a week.
Wish I had RAIN WATER all the time!!!
what does rain water do for your hair?
