Thought I would share this side-by-side of me BACK THEN and NOW.
Pretty amazing hair there, my friend! You are lucky to have such great potential, and I am sure you will make it even more spectacular this time around! Keep on growin'! :)
already on the way back :) you better not cut it again... ;)
I'm curious, what was it that made you cut it back then?
Congratulations for coming back on track ! i think long hair suits really good on you and you will grow an amazing mane.
When I see stories like yours on this board, I can't avoid to ask myself "What made this guy cut out his hair? and what made him grow his hair long again?
Could you please give me an idea? Thanks :)
Welcome back! How far into your new journey are you?

Welcome back and Welcome to the MLHH!!
The good thing is you get to enjoy the journey again. You are coming along fine. I like the fuller goatee and I am a fan of glasses...lookin' good !!
Thanks for Sharing

I remember you very clearly from back in '04 -- I was new to MLHH at the time (I used the handle "Urban Cowboy" back then), but I well remember your commitment to long hair, as well as your wonderful encouragement and support towards others.
So good to hear about your decision to grow that great-looking mane of yours back to long again!!
No worries over the past -- hey, we all make various decisions in our lives, including over hair: long VS short, then back to long again, or even somewhere in-between... it's all part of the dance of life, no?
Anyway, WELCOME back to MLHH!!!

Thanks a lot for all the welcome backs everyone. Greatly appreciated. I've probably said this before, but I am in for the long haul this time. Not getting any younger, so no better time than the present. A few of you guys asked why I cut it last time? Well, to be honest I am not really sure. I do know that I WAS NOT pressured into it in any way by anyone. Maintenance issues maybe? All the extra care that goes into maintaining long hair? Plus, I do have itchy scalp issues the longer my hair gets, but I can deal with that for the most part. Anyway, here I am and it is great to see all the familiar faces as well as the new ones on here. Glad to be a part of this great big family once again! Peace and God Bless!
Hi DLeeFree,
Gosh, you have beautiful thick, long hair my friend! I am really looking forward to following your journey back to long hair! Please don't cut your hair again! Nice to meet you and welcome back to the board!
