Hi guys and gals,
Thanks for your comments on my earlier thread about my face vase. Here is another shot of it!

That is one cool vase, jonalbear -- in fact, i WANT it!!! (LOL)
When I was in college (I only went one year; but hey, it's still fun to say that!), my minor was in Art. One assignment we had in my Freshman year of Art class was to take an empty plastic milk carton (I believe they were relatively "new" at the time), pour in plaster material of some kind, and then carve out a sculpture. Mine ended up being called, "Sweaty Black Man" (no, I wasn't intending on being racist; just that the facial features looked African, which I spray-painted charcoal black, followed by freckles of shiny black)...
My brother liked it so much that he asked to "burrow" it for his house -- which he's never returned to me (LOL)! I take it as a compliment, though; plus he has a much bigger house than my tiny apartment!
So the moral of my long-winded above story is this: don't ever "loan" out that cool vase of yours, even to me, because you'll probably never get it back! (LOL)

Ken,
No never on loan. Holds a prominent place in the house. People have to come here to see it. Then they get to meet the real thing too!

That is one cool vase and your hair is looking great too! That looks like some nice herb growing there too! ;)
Jason,
Thanks for your compliments. The plant has been housed in the Face vase for quite some time now. it likes it there I guess. A common house plant but not sure what it is called.

I wish there was a "like" button here, as on facebook - since there isn't I will simply push the keys that spell LIKE because I do.
Fitzgarce,
Thanks again for your kind words!

I love it. Do be careful not to drop it.

Thanks Mark!
It sits in a very secure place and I have only picked it up a very few times in the past 40 years!

Just so remarkable jonalbear. How many people in the world could ever have done a work of art such as this? Thanks for sharing. My best to you and John.
