Hi Guys!
I have been reading this board for several weeks and getting a lot of insperation from you all. I have wanted to grow my hair real long since gradution... but family members always told me I look better with a hair cut. Last year at age 44, I started wearing a ponytail and the comments stopped. Now even though I am thinning (losing) on top, I say I am growing it out 'till I falls out!

How wonderful that you found this great forum and welcome. Having long hair is just the neatest thing and I am so happy for you that you are having this experience. So yes and absolutely, do as you have stated. That's just what I did and regret not one second of all of the years I had long hair myself.

Thanks for the nice intro, and I can totally relate (I didn't experience my first full ponytail until my 40th birthday... which was, um, er, um... 1993 -- but let's not do that math - LOL)!!
