masculine or feminine ?
Oh come on now, CEM., do you really need to ask such a silly question?
I don't view this pic as anything other than masculine-looking. Seriously, just because a few occasional ultra conservative-thinking idiots view long hair on men as "looking like a girl", doesn't mean a squat of refried beans to anybody with two working eyeballs and a brain that thinks!
And if you're worried that the bandana might make you look too "feminine", for Heaven's sake, to me bandanas only add a manly decorative touch, nothing feminine about it at all!!
So, in a nutshell: you're looking TERRIFIC!!! (so shut up and keep posting more pics - LOL!)

I don't really care whether it is masculine or feminine.....
at 59 years old my long hair/cut off shorts/my build may make me
look "feminine" but at 59 years old I don't care. I wear what I want to wear and could care less about what others think.
As far as the headband being masculine or feminine, it is neither.
I first grew my hair long in the 1960s and both men and
women wore headbands of various colors. Guys back then wore them
whether they were feminine or not. The headbands were the least of their concern, they were busy being hassled about having long hair.
hehehe @ all the messages - it was a rhetorical question, I used to highlight a point ! - I know I don't look feminine - but my point is, that society will 'label' me such due to the association of long hair being ONLY for females - but thank you for all your fun & feisty responses - a great belly laugh cheers & love to all CEM.
