I got the message from all of you . This is my last post on this board. Apparantly there's no room for me here and I can sence when I'n not welcomed.
Sorry to hear that, your hair looks great, Im sure your photo's were an inspiration to alot of us.
Fine, you are the only person that I can recall who has caused so much deserved adverse comment about himself.
Hi Goldenmane,
I am very sorry to see you go! You have and will continue to inspire me with your beautiful hair! Please try not to cut it! Thanks for the inspiration!
Ted
Need I even ask what is going on? I am sure it's all just a misunderstanding, and there's no need to be talking about leaving, my friend :)
Instead of leaving, why don't you just show others than you are real and not a troll ?
I mean, if I were you I would totally do that.
Either way, I read all the comments from a previous post of you, and nobody ever kicked you out of the board.
There is a saying in my country that says : "The one who leaves without being kicked out will eventually come back without being invited"
Good luck.
Leaving the board can only confirm what everybody was thinking. A real person would show the rest that we were all mistaken and will try to get an apology from everyone.
Seems like this is not the case...
Dave, I really like this saying! Makes perfect sense to me! Thanks for posting!
Ted
Glad you liked it Ted.
Its very very popular here. It also applies to a huge variety of situations too ;)
Hi Dave_AR,
I absolutely LOVE that saying -- never heard it before; but that's one of the wonderful things about coming here to MLHH, is that we get to meet each other from all over the world, each of us longhairs or wannabe longhairs sharing something new & different from our native country and/or region of the world where we live, and learning another person's culture and sayings that we previously were unfamiliar with... Now how cool is that? I'd say, "VERY cool!"
I love your contributions to this board, I always enjoy reading your posts!!

Yet, another thing that amazes me is how much longhairs everywhere have in common, and our contact with longhairs all over the world drives that home. Many of the aspects of our culture transcend national borders. When someone fits, they fit everywhere. And when they don't, we learn they don't anywhere. [grin]
Definitely, the same here.
Bill
Like I said to Ken in SF, I thought it was a known saying in the USA as well . Its very popular here and its cool to learn different things from other members from this board :)
Glad you like it.
Nice week :)
I thought it was a known saying in the USA as well haha .
I am glad you liked it :)
Yes, the fact that we are all from different parts of the globe makes this board a lot more interesting :)
Goldenmane,
You STILL haven't bothered to thank all the people who took the time to reply to your Locks of Love post (I thought some of the suggestions were really well thought-out and helpful). It only takes a single post in that thread to thank them, not individual thank-yous to every reply.
How many replies to the same question do you need?
I'm sure there's loads of room for you here and I'm sure you'll be welcomed. But if you want people to help you, it would be nice to help them by giving them some basic background information - such as WHY you are thinking of cutting your hair - instead of merely posting the same question over and over again.
As others have said, you have awesome hair that would inspire many guys in this community. Stick around and join in!
Damon
Damon, you are just being a bit too logical and too straight-forward for this guy to probably ever respond courteously and/or accurately to your questions... I mean, what do you expect, HONESTY or something? Geez-Louise, I mean, really now Damon, don't you think that getting even a simple, "thank you" in today's modern rat-race world might be just a little bit OLD FASHIONED? Exactly what are you expecting here -- a MIRACLE or something?
OMG, "get real" Damon! Saying those 2 very difficult words, "thank" and "you", nobody ever has the free time to say that many words to other people anymore. It's no longer hip, it's no longer cool, it's too much to expect out of people, your demands are too high, your patience too low....
And as far as answering your questions go: are you for real, man? OF COURSE he's not going to take the time to answer any of your questions, because he only has the time to ask HIS OWN questions! (and over and over and over again - LOL....)
[sigh...]
Well, at least trolls are consistent: they run away and hide once their true nature is revealed!
- Ken
Haha! I sense just a tiny hint of tongue-in-cheek sarcasm! :D
Yeah, I must be living in a fantasy-world of the 1950s or something. That comes of watching all those vintage black-and-white movies I like. Gotta get real.
Young people today, eh? Why, back in my day, young men would say 'please' and 'thank you' as soon as look at you - and young ladies would drop a curtsey and flutter their eyelids at the drop of a hat. It made you giddy just to look at them.
Oh wait ... I AM young! What's WRONG with me? Why do I expect people to show courtesy? We're in the 21st century FFS! I need some serious counselling!
I was gonna thank you for your reply but caught myself just in time. Phew! That would've been so unhip and so uncool! :)
Damon

You have very nice hair, and NONE of us would tell you to cut it.
(you would not have to ask again)
--you could share more about yourself...
(not to mention encourage others to stay the course ..)
