Hello out there,
recently my hair started to curl up, what could I do to "glue" them back to my head?
Hair gel, bandana, hat, or a. Alice band are what comes immediately to mind. Other than that, it is called the awkward stage for a reason lol. Gotta learn to enjoy it!
Or the way I look at it. The wings are forming. Take off and soar!
peace,

Keep growing...eventually it will grow more down than out. In the mean time, hats, products, etc.
It doesn't look as bad as you think it does... it's all part of the growing out, awkward stage - hang in there, and.or follow the advice of Jarvis...
As the others have said, you could gel, or cover it up, or just let it "grow and flow".....just don't give up...
Take Care and thanks for posting!

Hi 'Chris' - for what it's worth: ( as I am no expert ) - but I have been there: ( as the pic. will attest ) - personally = I loved my awkward stage - my hair had a mind of its own & it was very fun - embrace your curls & flips: ( & as 'UK' said = do not disparage 'big-hair' it looks good as it swirls & twirls as you get on with your busy life - cheers to you CEM. :O)
Thank you all for your answers.
At first I know the "advantages and disadvantages" of the awekward stage and I'm not complaining, I would just prefer them not that far away of my head.
It's interesting to observe what they do every day (never the same).
So I tried a Alice band because I'm not very fond of gel or something like that, it worked pretty well at firs but now the other side stands out as well, it looks a bit like wings and thus
I'm ready to take off! =)
Don't think it's necessary. I agree with Trolleypup.
Hi Christian,
I am sure when you get more length your side hairs will lay down very well. Your hair might be layered right now which can cause this. But yes, gel and other products along with hats can help keep it under control now.
