I decided it's time to leave my hair grow up .
Somebody used Sulfate Free Shampoo?
Thank you for your advices
Hi Curly,
Welcome to the board! I think your hair is perfect to grow long my friend! You have excellent thickness and color! Just let it grow and only wash every other day. A sulfate free shampoo will probably make your hair less fluffy. I would only use combs to groom your hair. My hair is like yours and brushes make my hair fluff up. When your hair gets out of control, use hats or products to make it look neater.
But the main thing you really need is a lot of patience! It seems when we want our hair to grow, it slows down! When we want to keep it short, it grows too fast! If you need any other help, feel free to post here and we will answer your questions! Hope this helps!

Thank you. Of course, that always takes a lot of patience - not to mention trust in the power of my goal.
HI Curly,
Curlies have some of the most magnificent long hair, in my opinion. It's going to take extra patience on your part, however.
I use a sulphate-free shampoo. I also don't shampoo that often--once or twice a week. I think the shampoo is gentler, and i have the impression that it has the effect of slightly loosening the natural wave in my hair. I'd say give it a try.

Hey Curly, welcome to MLHH!
I just started using shampoo found in the health food store,
now I buy it on Amazon. You will look good with long hair!
Take Care... you have found the place for advice and encouragement.

Thank you. When growing hair it's best to take advice from someone who actually knows what they are talking about.
Welcome! Yes I do use Sulfate free shampoo and conditioner...I think most everyone here does actually. I wash twice a week currently.
